Dr. Frédéric Lebreux holds a Ph.D. in Organic & Medicinal Chemistry and a Master in Management. After a post-doctoral position at the Ecole Polytechnique in Paris, he was hired by IFRA, the International Fragrance Association. 

After 5 years, Fred joined BIORIUS at the position of Scientific and Regulatory Director. At BIORIUS, the leading consultancy company in scientific and regulatory services for the Cosmetic Industry. 

In 2015, he was nominated as the new Chief Operating Officer by the Board, entrusting him the daily operations of the main office. 

In 2019, Fred was appointed General Manager of the company and became the CEO in 2020.
